The trailer doesn’t exactly confirm where and when Parker and Strange end up, but the arrival of some familiar villains certainly suggest they’ve tapped into the multiverse in a big way, and are now somehow merged with – at the very least – the Tobey Maguire timeline of Spider-Man movies. Anticipation for No Way Home has been high for a long time now, but it was only with this trailer that we actually learned the plot of the movie.
